During the first step of the password retrieval, an e-mail with a temporary password will be sent to you. You will need this password for step 2 of the password retrieval. Your e-mail address will be matched against the entries in the user's list. It is therefore important, that you enter your address in exactly the same format as you did earlier, when you opened your account.
