I spoke recently to a guy who worked on bob who tells me that more scenes were cut from the final series,the two he mentioned were a trooper being drummed out of the airborne,as told in the book and also a scene in which a trooper is killed in a training jump in the UK. Anyone know of any others? How about a directors cut of the series?

It's really too bad about the cut scenes but guess they really had to shorten the series. But i wouldn't mind 20 more episodes ;)
